Why I have some log entries missing from my logs?

If your log file has many entries from the past then the time stamp is adjusted to the time they were ingested. To learn more about timestamps please click here

Also you could get feedback from the Loggly portal if anything is wrong with the format, timestamp etc by going to https://subdomin.loggly.com/parser/manage/notifications



Our solution is built in keeping real time logs in mind hence, above is the behavior designed.
